In this course, participants learn the basics of creating and modifying a variety of reports. Reports that involve grouping, linking and creating formulae are also covered. Participants learn to create reports “from scratch” as well as by using Crystal Reports’ experts.
To benefit from this course, participants should have a good grasp of basic Windows concepts (minimizing, maximizing, opening and closing windows; cutting, copying and pasting; and file management (creating and using folders and subfolders). Understanding of a database program as well as tables, fields, records and queries is advantageous but not essential
